Infrastructure Changes

If you follow the development of Spring IDE closely you may have noticed some changes in our development and hosting infrastructure recently. Behind the scenes efforts are going on to bring Spring IDE more closely together with the core Spring portfolio products and infrastructure.

Most noticeable Spring IDE’s nightly snapshot builds are now created on the official Spring Bamboo server. For you as a user of the nightly update site nothing will change; the update sites are still hosted on springide.org.

Furthermore we migrated our Trac tickets into a new JIRA instance that is currently running on our own server but will move sooner or later into Spring’s JIRA.

What currently still remains is the move of our Subversion source code repository over to the Spring Framework SVN on sf.net. If we have this done we can shut down the FishEye server.

The links to tickets, reports and the Bamboo server have been adjusted accordingly to these latest changes. If you find any dead link let us know.
